Live, Learn, Repeat

Welcome to the first blog post from the Enchanted Keystone!

Thank you for choosing to embark on this journey with me. I am so grateful that you’re here.

As we enter into the last quarter of 2024, I ask you to remember any goals you may have made for yourself at the beginning of the year. Lose weight, eat healthier, start a business or hobby, write a book, read a few books, volunteer, being more grateful for life?

We should all be grateful for what we currently have. That doesn’t mean we cannot strive for more. The key is to ensure we continue to be thankful for what we have while we grow.

Maybe you never set goals for this year. That’s okay. Goals are meant to inspire us. When we write down our dreams and determine how to make those dreams come to reality, our goals are set.

Are you constantly stressed and wish for some things in life to be easier? Even if you are content with everything in life, things have a way of constantly evolving. We must grow and evolve with the ebbs and flows of life. So why not set a small goal to accomplish by the end of the year?

Here are some small things that can make lasting impacts.

Swap one unhealthy snack with a healthier alternative.

Increase your water intake by one glass each day and add another glass every week.

Cook 1-4 homecooked meals each week.

Take an hour each month to spend one on one time with each of your kids.

Make sure to have one date night with your husband each month or more if you already do.

Set a girls night or brunch with your friends.

Schedule a pedicure or massage for yourself.

Vow to pray over one person daily for a month.

Get rid of those old clothes you’ve been holding on to that you know deep down you will never wear again.

Say I love you to those that matter most.

And with these, you can live, learn, & repeat.
